The Waters Edge Boat Radio Show was founded and hosted by L.J. Wallace: Part Boatnick, part Coastal Philosopher. He possesses an innate love for all that life entails within that marginal realm where water meets land and the boundaries between the two are defined by the tide clock. In all that L.J. does he strives to explore and celebrate, extol and educate people on the infinite wonders and fun to be had around the beach, the dock or boatramp; the lake, pond or riverbank.
The result: two very unique projects. The Water’s Edge Radio Program & The Water Log Maritime Journal.
Wallace, who is from New Jersey, relocated to Charleston, S.C., where he started the Water’s Edge radio program, featuring news, views and commentary on everything nautical. He is a serious angler and a seasoned skipper, editor and writer with published work in Marlin and Seaworthy, and online atUsedBoats.com and BoatUS.com.
L.J. Wallace calls himself a “maniacal boatnick & radio buccaneer” and he often lives up to his billing. His entertaining and informative boating radio show was broadcast on eight stations across the USA.
More recently in July 2011, L.J. Wallace was named executive editor of Southern Boating Magazine.
